How the process with Carrie works:
STEP ONE – PRE-ASSESSMENT
Reach out to me and I will email with you or have a brief phone conversation where you can share about the struggles you’re currently experiencing, as well as your goals to determine if an initial session appointment is necessary.
STEP TWO – INITIAL SESSION
We will meet at my office where your needs will be assessed, mental health assessment completed, treatment recommendations provided, and I will answer any questions you might have. We will also determine if we are a good fit.
STEP THREE – TREATMENT PLANNING
We will dig into what’s holding you back or causing concern, develop a clear plan to move you forward, and you will walk away with action steps aimed at helping you feel better.
STEP FOUR – THERAPY
Based on your needs, we will meet biweekly or as needed. You will learn strategies and gain insights in order to improve your mood, relationships, performance, work-life, and/or health.
STEP FIVE – TREATMENT PLAN REVIEWS
Periodically, we will review your treatment plan during the session and assess where you are in meeting your goals. We will change things as needed to help you reach your goals.
